Cancellation Policy
Dear Patient,
At Medifoot Clinic, we respect your time and are committed to running our appointments efficiently so every patient receives the care they need.
To help us maintain this standard, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer the appointment time to another patient who may be waiting for care.
If an appointment is cancelled late or missed without prior notice, a cancellation fee may apply. This fee helps cover the cost of the reserved time that could otherwise have been offered to another patient.
We understand that unexpected situations can arise, and we aim to be as understanding and flexible as possible. If something changes, please contact us as soon as you can — we'll always do our best to assist you.
Appointment Reminder SMS
We send appointment reminder SMS messages as a courtesy to help you remember your upcoming visit. However, these reminders should not be relied upon as the sole method of remembering your appointment.
While we make every effort to ensure SMS reminders are delivered, technical delays or failures may occasionally occur. For this reason, we encourage you to keep your own record of your appointment time to avoid any confusion or missed visits.
