Shipping & Delivery Policy
This Shipping & Delivery Policy applies to all online purchases made through the Medifoot Clinic website (medifootclinic.com.au). By placing an order, you agree to the terms set out below. This policy should be read together with our Refunds & Returns Policy, Terms & Conditions, and Privacy Policy.
1. Shipping Destinations
Medifoot Clinic ships goods Australia-wide. We do not accept international orders through our website at this time. 2. Shipping Methods
We offer the following delivery and pickup options:
- Clinic Pickup – Craigieburn: No charge. You will be notified when your order is ready for collection.
- Clinic Pickup – Gladstone Park: No charge. You will be notified when your order is ready for collection.
- Courier Delivery (Local / Australia-wide): Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your address, courier availability, and product size/weight. Where the courier option is selected, and subject to availability, we aim to deliver within approximately 3 hours for eligible addresses within a distance determined after you enter your address in the order form.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs depend on your delivery location, the size and weight of the product, and the delivery method selected. Exact shipping costs are displayed on the checkout page before payment. All prices and charges, including shipping, are shown in AUD (Australian Dollars) and include GST where applicable.
4. Order Processing & Dispatch Times
Orders are normally processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment is received. If an item is out of stock or cannot be fulfilled, we will contact you within 2 business days to discuss options, including a revised delivery timeframe, alternative product, refund, or credit.
5. Estimated Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times (after dispatch):
- Melbourne Metro: 1–3 business days
- Regional Victoria & Interstate Metro: 2–7 business days
- Remote/rural areas: May exceed 7 business days
Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by courier delays, public holidays, weather, or other factors outside our control.
6. Click & Collect / Clinic Pickup
If you choose Clinic Pickup, you will be notified when your order is ready for collection. Please bring your order confirmation and photo ID if requested. For enquiries, contact us via our Contact Form or call 03 9305 7945.
7. Tracking Your Order
Where available, we provide tracking numbers or links once your order is dispatched. If a particular service does not support tracking, we will provide reasonable updates upon request.
8. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery
Please ensure your delivery address is correct when placing your order. Orders returned due to incorrect details or unclaimed parcels may incur an additional re-delivery fee. To amend your address before dispatch, contact us immediately via the Contact Form or call 03 9305 7945.
9. Lost, Delayed or Damaged Deliveries
If your parcel is significantly delayed, missing, or arrives damaged, please contact us with your order number and photos (if applicable). We will investigate and resolve the matter in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law and our Refunds & Returns Policy.
10. Pre-orders, Backorders & Out-of-Stock Items
From time to time, products may be available on pre-order or temporarily out of stock. Expected availability dates will be provided where possible. If timeframes change, we will contact you to discuss alternative options or refund arrangements.

We may update this Shipping & Delivery Policy periodically. Changes will be reflected on this page along with an updated “Last updated” date.
