Medifoot Clinic ships goods Australia-wide. We do not accept international orders through our website at this time. Shipping costs depend on your delivery location, the size and weight of the product, and the delivery method selected. Exact shipping costs are displayed on the checkout page before payment. All prices and charges, including shipping, are shown in AUD (Australian Dollars) and include GST where applicable.

Orders are normally processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment is received. If an item is out of stock or cannot be fulfilled, we will contact you within 2 business days to discuss options, including a revised delivery timeframe, alternative product, refund, or credit.

6. Click & Collect / Clinic Pickup

Where available, we provide tracking numbers or links once your order is dispatched. If a particular service does not support tracking, we will provide reasonable updates upon request.

9. Lost, Delayed or Damaged Deliveries

If your parcel is significantly delayed, missing, or arrives damaged, please contact us with your order number and photos (if applicable). We will investigate and resolve the matter in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law and our Refunds & Returns Policy.
