This Refunds & Returns Policy applies to all purchases made through the Medifoot Clinic website (medifootclinic.com.au) and should be read together with our Shipping & Delivery Policy, Privacy Policy, and Terms & Conditions. Medifoot Clinic complies with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), and your rights under the ACL cannot be excluded.

1. Change of Mind

2. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Goods

You are entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund if a product is faulty, damaged during delivery, significantly different from the description, not fit for purpose, or does not match what you ordered. 3. Incorrect Size or Fit (Medical Footwear)

For items such as CAM walkers, moon boots, and related devices, we may offer an exchange if the item is unused, unworn, and in saleable condition with all original packaging. Return shipping costs may apply unless the sizing error resulted from incorrect website information.

4. Conditions for Accepted Returns

To be eligible for a return (where approved), the product must be unused, in original condition, include all packaging and components, not be damaged through misuse, and be returned within a reasonable timeframe. Health-related items that have been used cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless faulty.

Return shipping costs are covered by Medifoot Clinic if the product is faulty, damaged, or incorrect. For change-of-mind or incorrect-size returns, the customer may be responsible for shipping costs. These will be communicated before proceeding.
